Patrivalor offers its clients a Customer Advocacy Service which seeks to protect and uphold the rights and interests of customers. It also aims to ensure that these relations remain governed at all times by the principles of good faith, equity, and mutual trust. This service is required by law to address and resolve any complaint or claim filed by customers within two months of submission. Complaints and claims should be initially addressed to the head of the Customer Advocacy Service at Patrivalor SGIIC SA.
